Woven Labels with An Embroidered edge combine the fine detail of a woven label with the added texture of embroidered edges. Versatile enough for nearly every hat style, the woven label can handle fine details and small text that traditional embroidery can't handle, while the embroidered edge adds a bit of dimension around the label.
Design Tips:
Minimum detail size: for best results, art elements should be a minimum of 1mm wide. Details under 0.25mm are possible but could lose sharpness.
Minimum text height: for best results, text should be a minimum of 1.5mm tall. Text smaller than 1.5mm is workable but may become illegible.
Keep artwork at least 3mm from the edge of the label to prevent the stitching from overlapping and covering the design.
