Woven Label Patches offer a classic look and work well on nearly every hat style. Ideal for fine details and small text, they’re perfect for more intricate designs that traditional executions like embroidery can’t handle. The patch is finished off with a merrowed edge border and is sewn to the panel with a single needle stitch.
Design Tips:
Minimum detail size: for best results, art elements should be a minimum of 0.25mm wide. Details under 0.25mm are possible but could lose sharpness due to the weaving process.
Minimum text height: for best results, text should be a minimum of 1.5mm tall. Text smaller than 1.5mm is workable but may become illegible.
Keep artwork at least 3mm from the edge of the label to prevent the merrowed edge from overlapping and covering the design.
