Sublimated Patches are a modern take on a classic embellishment and are suitable for nearly every hat style. With unmatched detail and no color limit, sublimation is perfect for photo-real imagery, gradient coloring, complex artwork and vibrant colors. The patch is finished off with a merrowed edge border and sewn to the panel with a single needle stitch.
Design Tips:
Best for full-color artwork, gradients, and photo-real designs.
For designs containing only 1 or 2 colors, consider screen printing as a more cost-effective alternative.
Keep artwork at least 3mm from the edge of the patch to prevent the merrowed edge from overlapping and covering the artwork.
