They’re ideal for intricate artwork, including distressed logos, and deliver vibrant colors and precise details. The patch is finished off with a merrowed edge border and sewn to the panel with a single needle stitch.
Design Tips:
Minimum detail size: for best results, art elements should be a minimum of 0.25mm wide. Details smaller than 0.25mm may lack consistency in production.
Minimum text height: for best results, text should be a minimum of 0.75 mm tall. Text smaller than 0.75mm will not print clearly.
For designs with more than five colors or gradients: consider a heat transfer as a more cost-effective alternative while maintaining high detail.
Keep artwork at least 3mm from the edge of the label to prevent the merrowed edge from overlapping and covering the design.
