When used on the front of the hat, its best suited for 5-panel styles to avoid complications when crossing seams.
Design Tips:
Minimum detail size: for best results, art elements should be a minimum of 2mm wide for even expansion and a consistent raised effect. Details thinner than 2mm are possible but may not print consistently, as the puff effect can cause fine lines to lose definition.
Avoid intricate designs and small text, as puff ink expands during curing, which may lead to distortion or blurring.
Works best with: bold, simple designs, such as block lettering or solid shapes, to maximize the raised effect.
