All Over Embroidery is suitable for nearly every hat style, though recommended for more structured fabrics, and is perfect for designs that require an all-over pattern but with a dimensional look that screen printing can't provide.
Design Tips:
Minimum detail size: for best results, art elements should be a minimum of 1mm wide. Line weights and details less than 1mm are workable but may lack consistency in production. Alternatively, details less than 1mm may be executed as a single needle stitch instead of a satin stitch.
Minimum text height: for best results, text should be a minimum of 5mm tall. Text smaller than 5mm is workable but may become illegible.
